• How do I save my progress?

• You can save your game progress by SIGNING IN.

  You can sign in from the TITLE SCREEN or from SETTINGS > MY ACCOUNT page. Make sure to remember

  which account you used to sign in to the game as you’ll need that exact account to reload your progress once

  you’re signed out of the game, deleted and reinstalled, or should you wish to continue playing on another device.

• Game won't load on mobile

• If you experience any problems with the mobile app, try the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:
  
  1. Check if you have stable wi-fi or internet connection.

  2. Reboot your wi-fi router if you have one: unplug it for 30 sec and then plug it in again.

  3. Try switching from your wi-fi to phone data and vice versa.

  4. Check if you have the latest version of the app -> update your app to the latest version.

  5. Reboot your phone.
  
  In case the problem still occurs after you perform the steps above, please,

  try to delete the app from your device completely and reinstall the app from the App Store again.

• Can I connect with my Facebook account?

• No, it is not possible to connect MeowWorld with your Facebook account. 

  However your progress is being well stored on your mobile device.

   

• Can I play on PC?
• MeowWorld  is only available on mobile, so it is not possible to play the game on PC.

• I made a purchase but did not receive any coins/items, why?

• If payment has been properly processed the receipt should be in your purchase history.

• I made a purchase by accident. How can I get a refund for the purchase?

• Unfortunately we're not able to issue refunds as all billing processes are being managed by the following platforms:

   

  - Apple (iOS) or Amazon (kindle)

• I bought a new phone, can I transfer my progress to my new device?

• Yes, just SIGN IN to the game with the same account that you used to sign in on your previous device.

  You can continue playing from where you left off on any device as long as you sign in with that same account.
  
  Alternatively, if you still have your old device with you,

  1. On your old device, open the game and go to SETTINGS > MY ACCOUNT > GET ACCOUNT CODE
  2. Write down the temporary account code. Do not share your account code with others.
  3. On your new device, open the game and go to TITLE SCREEN or SETTINGS > MY ACCOUNT
  4. Select ENTER ACCOUNT CODE and type in the account code you’ve written down on step2.

• Can I play on multiple devices under the same ID?
• No, it is only possible to play the same game on one device. You can have one account per device only.

• I was overcharged
• - Apple (iPhone / iPad)

  This is a very common practice of Apple.

  Sometimes Apple charges your card several days after the purchase was made

  and they also group purchases made on different dates and charge them all at once as well,

  Hence it is highly possible that you were charged for purchases made on different dates all together,

  I recommend that you recheck your purchase history at Apple to see if everything looks alright there:
  
  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

  2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to authenticate your Apple ID.

  3. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.

  And in case if something is wrong, we recommend you contacting Apple support with this problem

• - Android Device (Google Play)

  If you try to buy something on Google Play but your payment is declined or won't process, try the steps below:
  
  A. Verify your payment info:

  sign in to https://pay.google.com/ -> At the top, select Alerts-> If you have a red alert, enter your payment information and wait for the team to respond.

  
  B. Try to pay with a different payment method.

  If there's a problem with one payment method you can try paying with a different one.
  
  - On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
  - Go back to the item you want to buy & tap the price.
  - Tap the current payment method.
  - Choose a different payment method or add a new one.
  - Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your purchase.
  

   

  - iPhone / iPad

  The issue you reported usually occurs due to the following reasons:
  
  - Incorrect card information: please, check if your payment information is properly registered to your account.
  - Temporary system error: try to restart the app after a while and make a purchase again
  - Outdated version of app: please check if you have the latest version of app.

• What is Star?
• Stars are essential items required to progress through the story.
  Each step of a story mission requires a different number of stars, and you can proceed by using that amount.
  You can earn one star each time you clear a stage.

• What are Coins for?

• Coins are used to purchase helpful items when playing stages.

  1. Hearts

  2. Boosters

  3. Items

  4. Magic Packs

  5. Extra Turns

  You can purchase coins with real money, and you can also earn them by clearing stages, leveling up,

  completing missions, or finishing episodes.

• What are Game Items?

• Once you enter a Stage, the Game Items will appear on the right side of the Match-3 game board. 

  You can use them anytime during the play, and they will help you clear the stage more easily.

  Click on the item you'd like to use at the time you want.

  Once you clear the Stages, the items will be unlocked sequentially.

• What are Boosters?

• The Boosters are the item set you can be equipped with before beginning stages.

  You can equip them up to four different items, and the chosen items will be randomly placed on the Match-3 game board.

• How do I permanently delete my account?
• To permanently delete your account:
  
  1. Log into MeowWorld from your device.
  2. Tap [⚙️Settings] at the top
  3. Click [My Account]
  4. Click [Delete Account]
  
  Or you can also submit the request through the Help Center or at support@playmeowworld.com.com,

  and please provide the following information: 
  - Your correct User ID
  - Registered email address
  
  Please note that once you submit the request for account deletion,

  your data and game progress will be no longer accessible to you,

  and your account will be automatically and irreversibly deleted after 90 days.

  You can recover your account before the deletion process is complete by accessing your game and choosing the 'Recover' option.

• What is a Magic Pack?

• A Magic Pack is an item that helps you during a stage by dropping resources or puzzle pieces onto the board.
  You can collect the dropped elements by matching them or removing them with special bombs.

  The gauge fills up as you match blocks or create special bombs!

• What’s the difference between each type of Magic Pack?
• There are three types of Magic Packs: Free, Standard, and Premium.
  The higher the pack grade, the more help and board elements it provides!

• What can you get from a Magic Pack?

• When the Magic Pack is fully charged, one of the following rewards will be given at random:

  1. Attack Laser
      Randomly attacks one of the elements on the board.

  2. Extra Turn
      Adds extra turns to the current stage.

  3. Puzzle Piece
      Gives a puzzle piece that can be used to complete illustrations in the gallery.

  4. Coins
      Gives coins that can be used to purchase items.

  5. Gift Box
      Contains rewards such as Hearts, Coins, or time-limited Boosters.
      Gift Boxes have a lower chance of appearing compared to other rewards.

  6. Star Piece
      Collect 10 Star Piece to obtain 1 real Star, which is used to progress through story missions.
